Booking a call
Booking links open Cal.com in a separate tab. The project enquiry form does not embed a calendar.
Your project details stay in the page until you choose to send the enquiry, open an email draft or download a copy. Sending an enquiry stores your contact details and project brief in a protected delivery queue so they can be sent to Nick at [email protected]. A receipt confirms the enquiry was accepted; it does not promise that an email has already arrived. Opening an email draft passes the details to your email app; you decide whether to send it. Booking links from the enquiry form do not share these details with Cal.com. Selected services and packages can appear in the page URL; free-text briefs and contact details are not added to URLs or browser storage.
When you book, the details you enter (name, email, notes, time zone) are processed by Cal.com, Inc. as the operator of the booking service and shared with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com's privacy policy applies to its service: cal.com/privacy(opens in a new tab).
Email contact
If you write to [email protected], we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, and for the period required by Romanian accounting and legal obligations where a contract follows. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Hosting and server logs
Public website pages and media are served over HTTPS. Enquiries are processed by our dedicated enquiry service and sent to Nick’s business mailbox. The service retains a protected delivery record to handle retries and prevent duplicate messages. Hosting services may keep technical logs, including IP address, requested page and time, to operate the website, prevent abuse and secure the service. We do not use these logs for advertising. Render hosts the public website. Cloudflare processes and sends website enquiries; our business mailbox is hosted by Google Workspace. Enquiry content is encrypted in the delivery queue. The email delivery copy is removed within seven days of successful submission to the email provider; pending or failed emails remain until resolved. A separate encrypted copy can remain in Cloudflare until our private project-enquiry inbox confirms safe receipt, including while that inbox is offline. The private inbox is used to review your request and manage our response; only the business owner can access it. Local review copies remain on the owner’s protected computer until the hosted portal is activated. The inbox copy and any resulting client correspondence follow the retention described under Email contact. Limited delivery and abuse-prevention records remain to prevent duplicate submissions and protect the service. Removing queued content does not remove copies in the mailbox or retained backups. Mailbox correspondence follows the retention described under Email contact.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased, where there is no legal reason to keep it;
- restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
